[QA] browser tests failing with phantomjs

Hello!

I have managed to setup browsertests on the Wikimedia Jenkins server :-)
The doc has been really helpful and saved me a ton of time.

The first run yells at me with some mysterious error I am not able to
understand at 5:30am:

The first one being:

Unable to pick a platform for the provided browser (RuntimeError)
./features/step_definitions/aftv5_steps.rb:2:in `/^I am at an AFTv5 page$/'
features/aftv5.feature:6:in `Given I am at an AFTv5 page'


I suspect it is due to the browser tests being run using the phantomjs
browser.  It would be nice to have them passing :-]
