[QA] QA Digest, Vol 5, Issue 14 Chris's bug

Hi Chris,
Here are some observations: The bug is reproducible on firefox too.
Tried manually.
1) On Firefox: Bug is reproducible (Edit beta tab is not seen. Only Edit
Source tab is seen)
a)I am logged in on my user page. (Edit beta tab is not seen. Only Edit
Source tab is seen)
b)Now log out
c) Click on Return to User:
d)Now both Edit beta and Edit Source tabs are seen
e)Log in again
f)Edit beta tab disappears
2)Above behavior also noticed on Chrome
3)bug not reproducible on Opera browser.
