[QA] Beta wikis un reacheable on Friday Sept 6 at 20:00 UTC

Hello,

Ryan Lane posted an announcement on labs-l that he is going to reboot
the virt11 labs server on  Friday Sept 6 at 20:00 UTC.

That will in turn reboot the following beta instances:

deployment-eventlogging	
deployment-cache-text1  (varnish text cache)
deployment-cache-upload04 (varnish upload cache)


This mean the beta wiki will not be reacheable while the instances are
busy rebooting :]
