Thanks Chris. I have been able to reproduce this, but I could not figure
out why the "after" hook is executed twice. I did find a workaround[1],
until I have more time to investigate the problem.

Anybody interested in seeing the second ULS job[1] green? Feel free to
merge commit 91377[3] into master. (By the way, the first ULS job[4] is
already green.)
