[QA] submitted a ChromeDriver bug for VisualEditor

Hello QAers,

Testing VisualEditor seems to have uncovered a bug in the WebDriver
protocol for Chrome.  I submitted a bug report for it here:
https://code.google.com/p/chromedriver/issues/detail?id=636

It should be pretty easy to reproduce the issue, and if someone using
Windows would try it, we might find out even more information.

Feel free to comment on the bug if you'd like, it would be nice to get it
fixed for VisualEditor testing in Chrome.
