[QA] help update the QA wiki pages? (new people welcome!)

Yes, I am new to the list. Not exactly sure where to start. How do i get on
a project and if i find a bug where do i go to report it and how.

is thr a documentation on instructions how to report a but or create/run
test cases.

Sorry with so many questions, I am just eager to start. :)
