[QA] beta: exception/fatals counts now in Ganglia

Hello,

On the beta cluster, the exceptions and fatals are logged via udp2log.
That is now relied to a Ganglia plugin deployed on
deployment-fluoride.pmtpa.wmflabs which happily count errors for us and
produce graphs for us.

To access them:

 - browse to http://ganglia.wmflabs.org/
 - in the top menu click [Search]
 - fill in the form 'deployment-fluoride.pmtpa.wmflabs'
 - browse down to the metric group 'mediawiki metrics'
 - open a can of your favourite beverage

If anyone has an idea to make it easier to access, I am looking for
suggestions. Maybe a view in Ganglia or adding it to the integration
dashboard at https://integration.wikimedia.org/dashboard/
