[QA] play-test instructions for Thur Cucumber meetup?

Hi QAers,

If you are thinking of being in San Francisco for the Cucumber automated
browser test session this Thursday, or if you are thinking of following it
online, I would appreciate any comments or criticism you might have about
the instructions I have written here:

It would be great to have a few people already set up and running who could
help out others who might be just getting started.
