If I understood you correctly, you would like to run Selenium tests at
integration.wikimedia.org Jenkins installation instead of at
wmf.ci.cloudbees.com, where we usually run Selenium tests. Is there a
reason for that?

I am short on time at the moment, I will comment on the commit in Gerrit
next week. It should be improved before it could be merged into master
branch.
