[QA] Prefix search broken in beta

It looks like Beta is using the "TitleKey" extension.  That extension
registers itself to handle prefix searches and doesn't let cirrus take a
crack at performing the prefix searches.  Thus, folks are complaining that
prefix searching is broken in beta.

It looks like the plugin is designed to provide case insensitive matching
for "go" and prefix searches.  Cirrus already does that for prefix
searches.  So maybe we could do the same for go matches?
