[QA] failure analysis example

We have a new search engine "CirrusSearch" in place as of today in beta
labs http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org
http://commons.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org<http://en.wikipedia.beta.wmflabs.org/>

Overnight I had a test fail:

Please don't file anything in Bugzilla, but I would be interested to see
how people on this list would describe the failure.  Is this a bug?  If so,
what is the problem?
