[Pywikipedia-l] Rewrite: porting status

[Liangent]

is pywikibot.script.foo.Particularclass always useful, stable and
robust enough for other scripts to use? if it is, i think we can split
it out and move it to somewhere like
pywikibot.utils.foo.Particularclass
