Currently the default Polish localisation of #REDIRECT keyword is #PATRZ. Please add it to family.py, because now bots are adding interwiki links to redirect pages, eg. http://pl.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Bat_Yam&diff=16519794&oldid=16518675
