Summary: protect bot

Initial Comment:
I have written a bot to protect pages en masse; it is similar to (and based on) delete.py. I think that it can be useful mainly on wikisources, where a book with all his subpages have to be protected or unprotected at once.

The code is at:
http://it.wikisource.org/wiki/Utente:Qualc1/bot_temporaneo

If you appreciate it, you can include in your framework...

I would suggest to use pagegenerators.GeneratorFactory() as is done in
basic.py; delete.bot will have to be upgraded in the same way. Harmonizing
all bots that deal with a set of pages greatly facilitates the work of the
bot users.
