Initial Comment:
Pywikipedia-based interwiki bots sometimes change the sighted/unsighted status of articles on German Wikipedia, although they are supposed to preserve the existing status.

The current hypothesis is that the bug is in the FlaggedRevs Mediawiki extension, but I think we should record the bug also here until it has been fixed. Bot owners keep getting complaints about the bug.
