Summary: redirect.py does not handle triple redirects

Initial Comment:
When page A is redirected to B, B to C, and C to D,
redirect.py only links A to C.

To reach D, we have to run redirect.py again.

Triple (or furthur) redirect is not rare.

I modified redirect.py to handle multiple redirects, see patch 1877680

Please let us know if this feature request is still applicable to the
current code. If no response is given, the feature request will be denied
and the issue will be closed one month from now. This message was added in
