Initial Comment:
I managed to set the data up for a wiki that does not belong to a wiki family (so it appears to me), i.e. is in a family on its own, as I understood it. The setup at least allows us to run "redirect.py double" and "pagefromfile.py" successfully on the wiki.

Being unexperienced, I am not too sure that I did not miss anything which only did not show yet.

The familiy file is attached. Amend as you see fit.
