[WikimediaMobile] Mobile triage report

I'm going to be trimming my triage reports to only the bugs covered in
order to reduce the amount of time they take me.  In the future, I'll
just provide a list of the bugs covered and make sure the bugs
themselves are updated with any information from the triage.
