[WikimediaMobile] Keeping up with changes to the mobile beta

Jessie,

In this last release (full-screen search) a new opt-in was required to see
the beta.

The original bit.ly URL to opt-in has changed, and for some reason reverts
to the Wikipedia home page.

The new easy URL to opt-in is:

http://bit.ly/wmoptin

We are considering a button to opt-in from the production mobile site.
