It sounds like metrolook is somehow not respecting $wgFragmentMode setting.
You could try setting:
$wgFragmentMode = [ 'html5', 'legacy' ];
which will force using links of style
https://wiki.example.org/AGD2018#Résultat instead of
https://wiki.example.org/AGD2018#R.C3.A9sultat
