Yes, that's a problem. If you can't get in contact with the site owner,
perhaps WMF Legal would be willing to send a polite but firm letter
informing that company that WMF and the Wikimedia Community, as wonderful
as we are, are not here to serve as a "free" substitute for support
services that should be provided by that site owner, and that the false
statement on that company's website should be changed.

What do you think?
I've often wondered why some list questions seem like people are
"demanding" support. Now I know it's because some companies literally
tell
their customers that this is their support desk.
