If these are linodes I would contact linode directly for them to see if the
IP is actually black listed, they are the only ones that can request it
being removed from the DNSBL.
I use
http://mxtoolbox.com/blacklists.aspx and that shows its not black
listed. Do you have DKIM or SPF setup for the domain?

Has SPF/DMARC helped anyone with this sort of thing?
What does one do in this case? Is there e.g. a commercial third-party
email relay service that, say, GMail users will get mail from?
