[MediaWiki-l] Problem with autoconfirmed user rights

I'll check those out.. I was hoping there was a native way to do this
because so far my wiki has been fairly low maintenance and I want to keep
it that way and therefore I'm wary of extensions. SemanticACL is not
actively maintained and has been updated since 2013.
