So how can this be turned off?
In your use preferences, on the "Recent changes" tab, uncheck "Group
changes by page in recent changes and watchlist".
If you want to change the default for all users of your wiki, set
$wgDefaultUserOptions['usenewrc'] = false;.

Or, if you like the extra detail, and just want to avoid all the extra
clicks...
I've loved the feature ever since adding this code into my
