It did not work for me, so I don't have something installed properly. I
started nosing around (I didn't install) and found $wgVersion was 1.15.5-7
So that must mean I'm really out of date and need to get them to install
the latest.

Subject: [MediaWiki-l] Getting Cite to work
I installed the svn Cite files and added the "require_once" command in
the
LocalSettings.php file. I tried a simple
reference in Sandbox, but
nothing
seemed to happen. The <ref> tags are still
there and <references /> is
empty.
What do I need to do?
