Is that what you really need? If you want to export all templates to the
other wiki you can just get all template names, put them to a file and run
the export command line tool. They will be exported as XML entitites and
you'll be able to import them to your other wiki

No.
There are some sql queries that can give you the page contents in some
setups, and you will think it's perfectly possible. But they will fail
in some other cases. (It depends on the way the pages are stored in your
db)
