For rendering bugs, it is best to report them in Bugzilla at
http://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/ so they can be tracked. But librsvg is
an upstream package, so, to get this resolved more quickly, you should
also report this to the Gnome developers.

this: <https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/42328>.
You can add yourself as a CC to the bugs so you can be notified of any
updates.
