[Mediawiki-l] Coding during the Code Slush: Fixing bugs in MediaWiki 1.19.0beta1

For committers who have been looking for things to do during the code
slush, this is the perfect opportunity to commit code.

If you're not a committer, but are interested in helping out with
MediaWiki, this is your chance to get a bit of code committed.

As I write, there are 31 bugs that we want to fix before 1.19.0 is
complete.  We will probably decide some don't *really* need to be fixed
in 1.19.0, but if you care about the problem now is the time to say so.
