[Mediawiki-l] Help: URL resizing 404, SVG's render distorted

One more thing I forgot to mention, if I try to use rsvg from the command
line, I get this:

GLib: Cannot convert message: Conversion from character set 'UTF-8' to
'ASCII' is not supported
