[Mediawiki-l] MW seems to get confused when IP address of client machine changes while user is logged in

I have figured out a way to reliably reproduce the problem described in 
comment 12 of the bug ticket (https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?
id=32122). Details are in comment 13. This is not the original problem, 
but analyzing it may provide some hints as to the cause of original 
problem.
