[Mediawiki-l] mediawiki 1.16 -> 1.17 upgrade, broken utf8

Hi!

I upgraded my company's internal wiki from 1.16 to 1.17, and all page names
shown wrong, like „Output feltételrekordok módosÃtása”. The wikitext
body is ok. I checked the localsettings and database before and after
upgrade, and I see nothing wrong. Originally I installed with utf8 mysql5
database, all tables are utf8_general_ci.

The Main page string is „KezdÅ‘lap” in the page table for example, *before
and after* the upgdade, too. What went wrong? :(
