[Mediawiki-l] Error creating thumbnail: imageconvert.exe: unable to create temporary file

Hi,
 
Trying to load test.svg on a Windows 2003 server with IIS 7 and
Mediawiki 1.13.2 gives this error message:
 
Error creating thumbnail: imageconvert.exe: unable to create temporary
file 
`T:/magick-QTrUhNJz': Permission denied. 
imageconvert.exe: missing an image filename
`PNG:D:\data\wikipcp\uploads/thumb/b/bd/Test.svg/550px-Test.svg.png'. 

If I load this test.svg file with admin permissions on the server
conversion is no problem, but if I load it without admin permission I
get this error message.
 
Seems to me that imagick is trying to use a temporary folder, but what
folder?
 
The system temporary folder c:\windows\temp and the upload filer have
enough permissions.
Rendering of JPG and PNG thumbnails work well. 
 
Any suggestions?
