[Mediawiki-l] Wrong layout with 3 level of enclosed tables

Hello

Could someone look at these two templates

These templates enclosed 3 Levels of tables 
At level-1 there is a big table 
At level-2 there is a table enclosing a table of level-3, a space, and a
table enclosing a table of level-3 

If you look at the second url,
the layout of level-2 is vertical while it should be horizontal as in
the first url example where the first level-3 table has been replace by
a text.

Why ?
