[Mediawiki-l] Error with the Move command

Hello,

When I try to move a page I get the following error:
*You are not allowed to execute the action you have requested.

*Current setup:
MediaWiki 1.16.0
PHP 5.1.6(apache2handler)
MySQL 5.0.77
*
*Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
