[Mediawiki-l] Error Creating an Account

Hello,

I have Upgraded wiki's to 1.16.0, and all works fine. However, I did a 
fresh Install of 1.16.0, and I get an error when trying to create an 
account. We are using Ldap, therefore, if I add the account via the 
/etc/conf file for that wiki, the user can login.

This is the error that is displayed when I attempt to create an account:
*Login error*
There was either an authentication database error or you are not allowed 
to update your external account.
