[Mediawiki-l] Need a bit of advice: "Error: no |title= specified when using {{Cite web}}".

I am getting the errors shown below when this template call is issued:

It is included in several pages that I have 'borrowed' from wikipedia.
I also copied the actual template asked for into my Mediawiki 1.17 site
to clear the dependency.
