[Mediawiki-l] Memory Issues

I snipped this from the terminal screen when I was running runjobs.php 
Seems I have a memory issue & I,m not sure what I need to do to fix it. 
System has 8Gb of ram so I don't think that is the problem. Perhaps a
setting in PHP or Mediawiki 1.17. Any tips?
