[Mediawiki-l] Links to subsections

I have a section/subsections structure like this:
=Section 1=
==Subsection 1==
==Subsection 2==
=Section 2=
==Subsection 1==
==Subsection 2==

The string "Subsection 1" is purposely used twice, as is the string
"Subsection 2".

I want to refer from Section 1/Subsection 2 to Section 1/Subsection 1.
I also want to refer from Section 2/Subsection 2 to Section 2/Subsection 1.
There are, of course, more than Section 1 and Section 2 in the wiki
page.  In fact, I would like to be able to add, move, and remove
Sections and have the references still link properly.  There will
always be a Subsection 1 and a Subsection 2 in each section with a
link from the second to the first.

Can this be accomplished in Wiki syntax?
