[Mediawiki-l] Help with new installation

Alright but you can't since the backup is 
obviously in tar or zip format. So the only thing 
you can do is either unzip the backup and copy 
and paste from there or import the whole bunch 
and import from the backup the tables you didn't want to be updated.
