[Mediawiki-l] OMP_NUM_THREADS?

Hi.

Instead of thumbnail creation I always get error:

"Error creating thumbnail: 'OMP_NUM_THREADS' is not recognized as an
internal or external command, operable program or batch file."

Currently I run latest svn-accessible MediaWiki version.

My configuration:
Windows 7.
Apache/2.2.8 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.8 OpenSSL/0.9.8g PHP/5.2.5
ImageMagick 6.6.4-10

What should I try to check?
