[Mediawiki-l] howto create herarchical estructure in mediawiki

Hi folks,

anyone know how to create a hierarchical structure for the mediawiki pages?
I need to show on the header or footer a browseable menu like this
extension http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Extension:Hierarchy (I cant use it
because Im using mediawiki 1.13 and the extension just work for 1.8 or
1.9)...
