You are free to use the Romanian version of Wikipedia, which uses the Latin alphabet.

People from Transnistria are also free to browse the Moldovan version of Wikipedia, which uses the Cyrillic alphabet.

One subdomain of Wikipedia = one language. Whether or not this language is shared by several states or territories has nothing to do with Wikipedia.

Furthermore, this mailing-list has nothing to do with the policy of Wikipedia. We only support MediaWiki software. Thanks for remembering it.
