MediaWiki doesn't come with help pages.[0]  There are pages on
MediaWiki.org that you can import:
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Project:PD_help/Copying  The other items
on the sidebar are really just suggestions; you can tweak the sidebar
however you like:

[0] I forget whether that's on the "this would be nice to have once
