[Mediawiki-l] array_map error in includes/Title.php on line 1378

Good Afternoon,
I am running MediaWiki: 1.15.1, PHP: 5.2.6 (cgi-fcgi), MySQL: 5.1.25-rc

My system is core dumping my error logs the past three times give the same error:
php-cgi[12645]: [ID 800047 user.notice] PHP Warning: array_map() [<a href='function.array-map'>function.array-map</a>]: An error occurred while invoking the map callback in /intra/htdocs/wiki/includes/Title.php on line 1378

While I was trying to find some solution I discovered 3 other sites which seems to at sometime have had this error:
