[Mediawiki-l] wikilink not being parsed

Hello,
For some reason one of the wikilinks on a page is not being parsed and it's
showing the link brackets [[ ]]. Other links on the same page are being
parsed fine.

What could cause this problem? Should I fill out a bug report
