[Mediawiki-l] Replacement of EmbedVideo extension?

Might want to give FramedVideo[1] a try, although the original author has also abandoned it, and it is looking for a maintainer[2]. Patches with updates are welcomed.

DISCLAIMER: no personal experience with it, although I did import it into subversion a while ago.
