Ah. For that you need a bot. That's a separate program that
automatically runs and reverts any changes - it isn't part of
Mediawiki. I suggest you ask someone with such a bot if you can have
the code, I expect they will be happy to share it (it's a simple
enough program, so there's no point you reinventing the wheel).

There is no limit to how many people can edit a Mediawiki wiki at once
(other than the server running out of RAM, but that won't happen with
just 30 users), so do you mean you don't have enough computers for
them all? Does your university not have IT rooms you can book?
