[Mediawiki-l] Newsticker date is broken

Moin,

I updated from 1.12 to 1.15. Now the date in the newsticker is broken. The
help page still mention:
{{Newstickerdatum|28|02|2007}} 

but I get this result in the newsticker (included to the main page):
{{#time:l, j. F Y|201012290200}}

Any hint?
