I have this custom special page

But look at the title header on the page. Why is it <tagsearch> ?
I know that means <tagsearch> - But why would the page be called that either? It
should be Special:TagSearch or just TagSearch
I checked all my code, and I cant find any reference to that or <tagsearch>
