[Mediawiki-l] installation issue with 1.16.0 - mysql user privilege

MediaWiki  1.16.0 requires a new table or two, try giving the db user 
create.

I mentioned the set of 7 or 8 privallages that have worked for me since 
1.15.4 in a previous reply, if you can find that, try all of them as well.
